Tell the World by y-o-s-s-i Tell the World by y-o-s-s-i
Last weekend I attended MMC in Berlin, which was also my last con this year.

I had decided to bring Batwoman again and got to take some pretty awesome new pictures in it! This one was taken by vw, whom I've met for the first time at MMC. Looking at his pictures, I definitely hope I'll get the chance to work with him again, though!

I like the idea of making the fabric on the utility belt compartments different textures, possibly reverse sides of the same cloth, to give a distinction and an added tone to the costume.

Thank you very much!
Although I feel kind of uncomfortable accepting this compliment, as the different fabric choices are actually a result of laziness and ... parsimony I guess. The pouches are camera bags I purchased cheaply. My original plan was to sew them entirely by myself, but I didn't really have the time (and energy) for that. And with those pouches, they'd even be fully functional. So I bought those bags and simply added the hatches which are made of pleather, because I wanted the material to be both durable and flexible. To make sure the pouches, belt buckle and belt have the same colour, I spray-painted it with multiple coatings of acrylic paint.
I'm still very glad about your comment, though. Next time someone asks me what I was thinking when I did my utility belt, I can pretend I planned it this way just to add some distinction to it! Haha :D

Whether it be laziness or not, it looks amazing, even more so now that you made them by macguvering camera bags into a utility belt that looks great! Feel free to use what I said as your reasoning for the choices!

There's no other Batwoman than "this" batwoman.
