Odyssey by y-o-s-s-i Odyssey by y-o-s-s-i
Last weekend the largest con in Germany, Connichi, was held and I finally got to debut my Wonder Woman costume.

Cosplaying as Diana has been a dream of mine for some time now, but I feared I lacked the guns to pull her off. That's when I started reading the Odyssey arc and instantly fell in love with her new costume. I know - it's nowhere near as iconic as her star-spangled pants outfit, but I loved the modern take on her costume as something that would actually provide some support and protection in combat.

This picture was taken by the incredible ~Andy-K, who yet again overwhelmed me with his incredible photography skills. Thank you very, very much!

Not sure which guns your referring to, but you have done a gorgeous portrayal of Diana. The outfit detail is exquisitely made and all the gold bracelets are well done as the realism in your outfit. You make a beautiful Wonder Woman and would like fine even without the jacket:love:

I meant "guns" as in "well-toned arms". My arms are terribly flabby... I'm sorry, I'm not a native speaker and I guess that word is not as common as I thought it was, haha!
Anyways, thank you very much for your nice comment! I'd love to wear this costume again for a proper photo shoot. I've lost a couple of pounds, so maybe I wouldn't feel as uncomfortable without the jacket as I used to. Let's see what the future brings ;)

Native?:hmm:? I was geing complimentary to either reference you meant about your "guns". Nice athletic body and Diana's strength comes from her origin so when you feel comfortable, take a chance and do a classic version. It's not about competing against others, it's doing the best cosplay you can for yourself!!:winner:

I love the how detailed and just bad ass this costume turned out.  The boots, belt area, lines across the chest, the gloves and small tiara are just a BIG WOW.  Wonderful effort here.

Thank you very much! The costume itself is rather simple, so I put some extra effort into the detail. I'm glad people notice the small parts, too!

Yes some of us MEN aren't just out looking at your girl's bodies.

Very nice, but do not sell yourself short you would do the star spangled costume much justice. Give it a try. Til then we will enjoy you in this version

Ah, thank you very much!
As much as I love Diana, I can't picture myself feeling comfortable in any of her corset+panties outfits. I'll continue posting more pictures of this costume and Batwoman for the time being, but I already have a list of other comic heroines I'd love to cosplay as! I'd be glad if you sticked around to see them ;)

well that is too bad as i think you would look lovely in them, but I will be waiting to see what other creations you decide to cosplay :)
